'Hi, my name is Sabine and I work in the holistic sports space for more than a decade now, as this is truly something close to my heart. Connecting to the physical body is essential to understand the spiritual  and emotional body and vice versa. Through this lense I approach each training, whether that’s boxing for strength or for the emotional release, a full body bootcamp or personal training. I also am a big fan of providing my clients with my holistic massages, where I’ll meet you where you are in that exact moment, which can be different every time. I look forward to see you in class, or on the massage table!'

Looking for someone who is really there with you on your journey, wherever you're aiming for? The sweatbox is definitely your answer. They are genuinely one of the purest and loving teams I've experienced, and can understand so many layers in both nutritional and movement+well-being aspects in life.
